ShippingAll orders are shipped as soon as the order is recieved
If your package is Refused or Returned to Sender (kiwiindian.com, Inc.), the customer is responsible for all shipping fees. That includes the original freight to ship the product to the customer as well as the return freight from the customer back to kiwiindian.com, Inc.
Recipients of International orders will be responsible for duties, taxes and brokerage fees. Because these differ by country, these fees will not be itemized during time of checkout. All International sales are final sales. kiwiindian.com will not accept refused or returned packages for international orders. No exceptions. You will be responsible to pay the entire order total if you refuse shipment of your package(s) once they are shipped. kiwiindian.com is not responsible for refunding freight fees if an item is undeliverable and returned to sender. International orders requiring warranties due to manufacturer's defect are responsible for paying freight to and from the United States in order to perform a return or exchange.
Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. If you place an order for an item(s) that qualifies for free shipping and you must return something, we will gladly issue a refund less the shipping fee for the returned item(s). Once an order leaves the warehouse, you will be responsible for all shipping fees
